It has great views over the town, university and surrounding countryside. .The brand new kitchen is well equipped and suited to the ‘Jamie Oliver’ wannabes. To the rear of The Terrace is a stunning garden area – invite round your course mates after a particularly stressful assignment with a yummy BBQ and casual drinks. Remember to invite us, though! We’re always up for a burger, a drink and a natter. And we’re not kidding… we have actually attended a few get togethers in our time.
If you choose to live in the ultra-stylish Terrace Suite, you will be a 2 minute walk from campus, making it almost impossible to be late for a lecture. You’ll also be a short stroll from Albert Park, and the famous student nightlife Middlesbrough has to offer.

Being able to accommodate 5 lively students, The Terrace Suite couldn’t be better suited to the social butterflies out there! The Terrace Suite boasts 5 double bedrooms so you needn’t worry about tripping over your uni besties or ‘living on top of each other’, as that’s not the case at SAS. University can occasionally be a stressful time so we ensure that each room is spacious, bright and modern so that your spirits are kept up and you have somewhere to ‘go home to’ and truly relax after an intense day.
The accommodation is great and good management team. I feel super secure and happy to live here and most of all good value for money.

I was really impressed at the high standard of finishings and facilities at SAS Teesside Ltd.’s Linthorpe Road premises and would have no hesitation with my son or daughter staying there while at university. The manager there Paul really has the welfare of the students at heart and goes the extra mile to make sure the students are settled in and are happy.
