You’re also less than 5 minutes away from Teesside University Campus which means an incredibly easy ‘commute’ to your lectures!
The Banksy apartments face on to parkland. Around the corner is Albert Park which covers 100 acres of lake and park. Use the sport facilities, go solo on the lake or go jogging incognito or with some mates. Your choice.

Each spacious bedroom has a built in ensuite and double bed and the kitchen comes fully equipped. . . . put your own spin on your room, but graffitiing the walls is a no-go!
