The Emin Studio is a perfect blend of old and new features. Side by side stand an old Victorian fireplace and a brand new modern stylish kitchen. The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped with all white goods including large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and induction hob. There is also a large bathroom complete with power shower. It is fully furnished and includes a cozy double bed and Tempur Mattress.

The Emin Studio is the perfect ‘chill zone’ for students looking for a place of their own. Student life has never been easier; no bickering over who left their dirty dishes in the sink and no squabbles over who gets to use the bathroom first! Named after the eclectic artist Tracey Emin, we look forward to seeing where your own artistic direction takes the room.
The accommodation is great and good management team. I feel super secure and happy to live here and most of all good value for money.

The house is just fab! The rooms are really clean and well kept. Not to talk about the kitchen. Everyone is in love with it as it’s very modern and spacious. The accommodation is just 3 min away from uni. So, I highly recommend this student accommodation to every student studying at Teesside uni!
