Polly’s Cottage couldn’t be in a more ideal location, making student life easier than ever before. You’re just a breath away from Teesside University Campus meaning, you can afford to hit the snooze button a few times and still get to your lecture without arriving late.
You’re also less than 5 minutes away from all nightlife, restaurants and local shops for the odd time you decide to use the fully-equipped kitchen to whip up a home cooked meal. We get it… pizza is just so good!
Just outside of this detached Cottage, you even have a stunning, large garden fully prepared to host your post-dissertation garden party.
The fully furnished bedroom and living area are super-comfy with carefully selected decor and furniture. Of course, we provide Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment so you can study and socialise wherever you like – perfect if you’re a fan of listening to music in the shower! If you end up in a bit of a pickle or something needs fixing, we’re on hand to help.

Oddly, Polly is a nickname for Mary! We named Polly’s Cottage after Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth’s grandmother and we chose this because . . . well, we like it!
