The Emin Studio is a perfect blend of old and new features. Side by side stand an old Victorian fireplace and a brand new modern stylish kitchen. The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped with all white goods including large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and induction hob. There is also a large bathroom complete with power shower. It is fully furnished and includes a cozy double bed and Tempur Mattress.

The Emin Studio is the perfect ‘chill zone’ for students looking for a place of their own. Named after the eclectic artist Tracey Emin, we look forward to seeing where your own artistic direction takes the room.
