Looking for the perfect student pad to really call your own with your uni bestie? The Alice Apartments would suit you down to a ‘T’! This two bedroom apartment is perfect for those who crave independence and alone time, but also like the comforts of having a little human interaction, whilst curled up on a comfy sofa with a cuppa! Princess Alice (daughter of Queen Victoria) was known to be less of a social butterfly than her siblings, but was keen to spend time with those she considered close – so we’re sure she’d be right at home in this property.
Viewed the house today and decided straight after walking through the door this was where I was going to live! Cant’ wait to collect my keys – Paul is great too!

I was really impressed at the high standard of finishings and facilities at SAS Teesside Ltd.’s Linthorpe Road premises and would have no hesitation with my son or daughter staying there while at university.
