You’re less than 2 minutes’ walk away from campus, so you no longer have an excuse to be late for your 9am lectures…sorry! However, being in such an ideal location means that you’re in the ideal place to come home and chill for a little while in between lectures – a much more pleasant university experience.

You might have to sign up for a gym membership to avoid the ‘Fresher’s 15’, since being so close to Teesside University Campus you’re going to struggle to use your walk to university as your ‘daily exercise’! This being said, you’re super close to Albert Park where you can roller skate, play tennis or go for a quick run, so don’t worry too much.
Living at Hockney Apartments, you’re within walking distance of everything you need: convenience stores, shopping malls, Albert Park, and all the bouncing clubs and bars to let your hair down post-dissertation!
