Arrange a viewing by yourself or with a few friends. Paul will show you around and he is friendly and super helpful. Our homes go quickly, so it is a good idea to complete your application and guarantor form asap. We will ask for a small fee to cover the process. So that you can walk away feeling safe and secure that the home you have chosen is yours, we will then require a Refundable holding fee. Simple.
To make your payments manageable we have split the rent payments into stages. Our students like this as it allows them get on with doing the stuff they really want to do. Students prefer to pay by standing order or to make internet payments.
We have no hidden charges.
